Lighthouse Christian School

Lighthouse Christian School was started in 2007. Pastor Robbie Burton and several families were burdened for their children to be in a Christian environment in which they could hear the Word of God on a daily basis as well as gain a great education. LBC was started as a ministry of the church and God has blessed in the growth of the school each year. Students are excited about learning in a safe and loving environment and are led and guided by caring staff members. 

The school uses the Accelerated Christian Education Curriculum (A.C.E.). This curriculum integrates the scripture into every subject allowing students to learn Biblical principles as they study each course. Students who graduate from LCS have gone on to institutions of higher learning where they have excelled in their studies. Several students have joined the military and some have gone on to the workforce.  

LCS is a member of the South Carolina Association of Christian Schools (SCACS) and the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS). LCS has been accredited through Grace Association of Private Schools (GAPS) which is an accrediting association provided under SC Code of Laws 59-65-10. Lighthouse Christian School uses the South Carolina Uniform Grading System and follows the South Carolina Standards for graduation.  LCS serves students from Kindergarten to 12th Grade.
